About Labelaba

At Labelaba, everything started with one simple goal: helping children stay connected to their language and culture.

Why

As a mom of three, I wanted to teach my children my native language, but I struggled to find fun, simple, and culturally relevant learning tools made for kids. That’s how Labelaba was born — created from a personal need to help children learn and embrace languages like Pulaar and Wolof in an engaging and meaningful way.

What

Labelaba creates educational workbooks and learning materials that use English alphabet letters (A–Z) together with Pulaar and Wolof words, meanings, tracing activities, and cultural learning designed especially for young learners.

Who

Labelaba is for parents, children, teachers, and families who want to preserve language, celebrate culture, and make learning a joyful experience for the next generation.
